Pagosa Blvd. #B-16 Pagosa Springs, CO 81147. Sealed bids received after 3:07p.m will be returned unopened. $50,000.00 deposit made payable to Pacific Auction Exchange in the form of cash or certified funds as initial down payment/earnest money must be included in the sealed bid package along with the signed auction purchasing contract. Within 24 hours the top 5 bidders will be notified to attend the oral auction held at: The Last Dollar Ranch 17990 Rd. 39, Mancos, Colorado.
