AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
AUCTION WILL BE HELD:  Friday, September 16th, 2005 @ 1:07 pm. (MST). The property will be open for viewing 2 hours prior to the auction.  Subject property will be sold “as is/where is” Rain or Shine.  If you are unable to attend the auction you can bid on-line via Proxy Bid, which can be accessed through our web site at www.auction-works.com, or bid by telephone with one of our representatives.  Please call our office for information on how to participate in either one of these methods.


OPEN HOUSE:  On September 4th and 10th  we will be holding 2  Open Houses for you to inspect the property.  The property will be open from 1:07 to 3:07 pm. Please contact us if you need more detailed driving instructions.


**BROKER PARTICIPATION IS WELCOME: Colorado Buyer’s Agent/Broker must register bidders 48 in advance, subject to PAX guidelines. The representing agent needs to call for this document and we will fax (970-731-3950).
