AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bidders Registration:    All prospective buyers must register to bid. A $15,000.00 cashier’s check or certified check payable to Pacific Auction Exchange will be required to bid at the auction.  This amount will be applied to the purchase price and deposited in the brokers escrow account.  A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to final bid and included in total contract price. The $15,000.00 cashier’s check will be immediately returned in the event the bidder is unsuccessful.

 
Closing:    The balance is due in cash or new loan at closing within 30 days. A General Warranty Deed will be supplied by the seller at the sellers expense giving marketable title subject to restrictions of record. Taxes & Home Owners Association fees are pro-rated. Title insurance will be at the buyer’s expense.
 
Broker Co-op:    Broker Participation is welcome.  Brokers must register their buyers 48 hours in advance subject to established Pacific Auction Exchange guidelines.  If there is a broker/agent representing you they will need to call our office to receive instructions (877-612-8494).

Participation:
Online & phone bidding registration must be completed 48 hours in advance to be registered.  All terms still apply as if you were present. Phone bidders must submit an opening bid. Online bidding is provided by Live Auctioneers. A 2.5% technology fee for online bidding, will be added to your final bid and included in the contract price. Visit our web site to register.
