Instructions if you are unable to attend the live auction:  You can bid by telephone, or bid via Proxy Bid on the Internet which you can access from our web site at www.auction-works.com.  Please call our office for information on how to participate in any either of these methods.

*Please note:  If you are not able to attend the auction we must receive all required signed documents and your cashier’s check or money order for $10,000.00, at least 48 hours before the date of the auction.  You can UPS or fax the documents, and wire-transfer the required funds, $10,000.00 to our escrow account.  Please call our office for additional details.

instructions.
