David McNeese is a licensed real estate broker with Realty Executives of Durango in Durango CO. David is a member of the Durango Area Association of Realtors, as well as the Colorado and National Association of Realtors. He has a lengthy back ground in sales and is currently working toward completion of his Accredited Auctioneers of Real Estate designation.(AARE).

As a professional real estate broker, David found that in a number of cases sellers were not getting the results from the traditional listing scenario. After spending a lot of time and effort looking for another alternative for those sellers, David was convinced that the auction method would be perfect. Upon an extensive search for the right real estate auction company to be affiliated with, David is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with AJ Karas Auctioneers.

David and his wife moved to Southwest Colorado in 2004 from the sunny beaches of Northwestern Florida, a move they both agree should have happened twenty years sooner! Both of them love the climate and all of the outdoor activities that the mountains provide. Living in Durango to them is truly living in paradise.

Marlene is a California based real estate broker and since 1989, she has successfully worked with a diverse clientele to buy and sell property. She has been especially successful at real estate auctions, utilizing this leading edge marketing technique for accelerating sales. She believes in serving with honesty, integrity, and confidentiality the high profile clientele associated with the luxury home market in which she specializes. She has a BS in Business Administration, has also completed numerous advanced courses of study in the real estate field. She has earned the distinguished Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation, and achieved the National Association of REALTORS e-PRO designation, demonstrating competency in the technological aspects of the industry. She is in the process of obtaining the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) designation from the National Auctioneers Association (NAA). Marlene is very active in her community and enjoys a large network of friends and associates through her involvement in the Chamber of Commerce and many other organizations. She is an ambassador for the city of San Ramon.

Mike Clark started his real estate auction career in 2005. Prior to that Mike was involved in the earthmoving and utility industry for over 28 years where he worked with developers on numerous projects in the foothills west of Denver. Mike is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado and a member of National Association of Realtors, Mountain Metro Association of Realtors, the Colorado Auctioneers Association, and the National Auctioneers Association. He is currently working on obtaining the Accredited Auctioneers of Real Estate (AARE) designation from the National Auctioneers Association.

PJ Clark has lived in the mountain community of Evergreen, Colorado for 28 years with husband, Mike, where they have enjoyed raising their three beautiful children. From 2001-2005, PJ enjoyed her position in the area of public relations and as weekend manager at a local winery for 4 years. During this time PJ began investing in real estate where she found a passion to negotiate in the buying and selling of properties for a profit.

Two years ago, while vacationing in Pagosa Springs, she was introduced to Aristotle and Janelle Karas, where their accomplished real estate auction company was flourishing. With this new knowledge and foresight as to the potential, value and ability to help people save time and money, real estate auction made perfect sense. Now as a licensed real estate broker and auctioneer, PJ has enjoyed being a part of this growing industry and fully believes that real estate auction can transform the real estate market.
